Refund Policy

Same Jobs, More Money (Full Kit, $297): our 30-day results guarantee. Use the system and if it doesn't raise your average ticket, we'll refund you in full. To qualify, within 30 days of purchase you need to: build at least one job type with three options in your portal, enter your baseline average ticket, and log at least 20 jobs in your dashboard where you presented the 3-option quote. If your average ticket on those jobs is not higher than your baseline, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your full purchase price. Your dashboard records are used to confirm eligibility.

One 3-Option Quote ($97): you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you haven't downloaded your 3-option quote or script. Once your quote has been downloaded, the sale is final.

The Price Pushback Playbook ($27): use it on your next 10 calls. If it doesn't help, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your $27 in full.

One 3-Option Quote add-on ($47, added at the Playbook checkout): the same as the One 3-Option Quote. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you haven't downloaded your 3-option quote or script. Once your quote has been downloaded, the sale is final. Refunding the add-on doesn't affect your Playbook.

Done-With-You Setup ($997): you can request a full refund any time before your setup call takes place. Once the setup work has been completed and delivered in your portal, the setup fee is non-refundable.

How to request a refund: email support@servicestake.com from the email address you purchased with. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, and your portal access for that purchase ends when the refund is issued.
