What we list
329 home services franchises and dealer programs across 33 trades, drawn from public sources such as the SBA Franchise Directory.
Investment figures only when a brand publishes them on its own website or files them with a state regulator, always shown with the source and date.
No earnings claims, revenue figures or logos on unclaimed listings.
How figures are shown
Figures appear exactly as published, for example “Initial investment $X to $Y; franchise fee $Z. As published by [brand], [date]” or “As filed with the State of [state], [year] disclosure document.” A short qualifier from the source may follow a figure. When nothing is published, the listing says “Claim this listing to add investment details.” Dealer programs are listed without investment figures.

Who runs ServiceStake
ServiceStake is owned and operated by Inferno Marketing (78212 Newfoundland and Labrador Limited).
How we make money
ServiceStake is free for candidates and for brands. Inferno earns revenue when a franchise or dealer program hires us to find and screen owner candidates for them, paid per qualified call.
What money can't buy
Listings are never sold. Paying clients get no better placement, and programs are always listed alphabetically. A candidate's request goes only to the program they choose. Brands that are Inferno clients are marked “Inferno client” on their listing.
